In this age where each of us have modern smartphone, so does’t it can help when it come to work. Let say can it help for employers to track thier staf attendance by using their smartphone or just simply overuse.
It’s still an social experiment that we are conducting to justify weather this system is okay or not.
But basically this is the system that an HR can record their staff presense by using technology. Utilizing cloud, and mobile apps. We can make the attendance system less painful.
But there is a catch. The organization has to fully embrace it. State on the policy, we need employees to use this apps to clock-in and clock-out. Otherwise you are not recorded thus might not conformance with the company’s policy.
We are just starting out with this idea and need more inputs.
